We were looking for our 2024 ES350 in Blue with a Brown interior . The General Sales Manager helped us out by changing the colors of the unit that was allocated to Northboro Lexus to colors that we wante interior . Lexus of Northborough is the only facility that services my 2006 LS430. They are reliable and trustworthy. For example, during a recent service, the mechanic found a slit on the inside of a front tire. Whe my 2006 LS430. They are reliable and trustworthy. For example, during a recent service, the mechanic found a slit on the inside of a front tire. When I was notified, my service rep, Bethany, asked if I wanted them to replace the tire. I told her that they might just as well replace both front tires. Bethany said that the other tire had plenty of wear left and it would be a waste of money to replace it. Most repair facilities would have replaced both tires. This Lexus came from a friend in Nashville four years ago. All service since that time has been completed by Lexus of Northborough. Would not go anywhere else. More
