This is by far THE BEST new car lease experience I have ever had. Completely low pressure, amazing customer service and great deal. My wife and I have purchased many cars over the past 30 years and this was by far our best experience. Anjula was patient and thorough. My mom and dad recently bought a new Lexus from your dealership. I don't know the name of their sales person but I just Want to commend your dealership in how they handled the sale from beginning to en dealership. My husband and I were very nervous Because we were not able to be there with them for the transaction for fear that something would go horribly wrong as they Usually do at most dealerships. One of the worst car buying experiences we have ever had. We were negotiating a $20,000 car and during negotiations the manager walked up to us and told us that the car had already been sold to someone else, We were negotiating a $20,000 car and during negotiations the manager walked up to us and told us that the car had already been sold to someone else, behind our back while we were tinking of buying it! Had this negotiation not worked out we were contemplating buying a $30,000 car, which was our second preference from them... Their loss... More

If you go to Irving you won't have to deal with any games and any nonsense that you always have to deal with buying a car. I was nervous going in there and I thought it was going to be a painful process. I w and any nonsense that you always have to deal with buying a car. I was nervous going in there and I thought it was going to be a painful process. I was afraid that they were going to play games but I ended up having a wonderful experience. Irving was very nice, respectful and friendly. I went there just to check out the car I wanted but I ended buying a car that day. They gave me a good price for my trade in and the Lexus RX350. I drove there all the way from waltham and it was so worth it. More

The response of the staff was great. Darryl came out on a Sunday night & made us feel welcome but not pressured. He was friendly, knowlegable, bu.t laid back enough, I hate shopping cars but Darryl made it n Sunday night & made us feel welcome but not pressured. He was friendly, knowlegable, bu.t laid back enough, I hate shopping cars but Darryl made it nice. He followed Up promptly but wasn't overbearing & understood our desires & needs. We met test drove another used car(09 Acure MDX) all the while he never talked it down or tryed to sway us he was knowledgable about the MDX but in the end the Lexus RX 350 spoke for itself.Everyone Was great in all departments throughout the sales process and none begain before 7:00PM. The night we purchased we were the last ones out close to 9:00. Great job Lexus Of Northbrough we will be back. And yes we will tell tell our friends, actually we already have. Thanks,Darryl & staff.
