This is the second RX350 we have purchased and the first time we worked with Jim Endebrock. Jim is outstanding and spent 4 hours showing us how everything works on our new Lexus. This is my second Lexus, and I compared it to a Buick (which is being advertised on television as the new and better option to the Lexus). However, the Lexus is still my favorite...much more quiet and much better ride. The biggest PLUS for the Lexus is its visibility compared to the Buick. Looking to the right rear from the driver's seat is very obstructed in the Buick...not so in the Lexus. They were also able to get our lifetime subscription to XM radio transferred from our previous Lexus to this one. GREAT dealership! More
