I own two Lexus vehicles. I have used the service there previously when it was Prestige and was satisfied. I brought the car in recently and was told that it would be almost $8,000 to fix it. I paid $200 f previously when it was Prestige and was satisfied. I brought the car in recently and was told that it would be almost $8,000 to fix it. I paid $200 for them to tell me that. I subsequently brought it elsewhere and was given a bill of under $600. I feel swindled and have no confidence in this dealership any longer. I am very dissatisfied! More
