My service appointment which was made online was to replace (4) tires and a wheel alignment. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment, fortunately I printed my online receipt. It's been my experience if one doesn't have a service appointment the wait time is typically longer. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The job was successfully completed with customer satisfaction. However I was advised via phone that my battery failed, I informed the advisor that this would be my third replacement battery that Lexus performed, due to defect and it should still be under warranty. Upon my return the battery was included on the invoice and the advisor apologetically informed me there was no battery in stock, he would have to contact me in 24-48 hours with an update. Four days later after driving around with a battery I don't have much confidence in, I call for an update and was told it should be available the following day. (Review completed prior to battery installation) More
