Pick up and drop off wonderful....considering a few weeks ago it took three hours for a NY inspection sticker service. Considering returning to NJ for service. I am a super commuter and regular customer and this is not up to the standards I have for lexus in the past. More

I would have preferred a more thorough run through/set up of all of the things in the car. The run through was done in a different car as my car needed to have a tow hitch installed and we tried to save time by doing the run through while my car was being worked on. Then I needed to make new appt to come back to have the tow hitch installed as I was not told it would take several hours and there was no loaner available for me. More
