I had a great experience with the service department at Lexus of Orange County. I was recently called by Service Manager Rich Mota. Mr. Mota explained that my vehicle had an open recall regarding a fuel pu Lexus of Orange County. I was recently called by Service Manager Rich Mota. Mr. Mota explained that my vehicle had an open recall regarding a fuel pump. Mr Mota went out of his way to explain the recall process and quickly got me a schedule. Mr Mota also had a loaner vehicle for me since they would have my vehicle for several hours.
