Im tired of going back to the dealership Since buying my car from this dealer in February 2020 I have been going back here several times for them to fix my cars lexus enform. It has not worke Since buying my car from this dealer in February 2020 I have been going back here several times for them to fix my cars lexus enform. It has not worked since I bought the car. Although the ran diagnostics on the vehicle and assured me the vehicle is in good health and the problem that exists is with the actual Lexus Corporate system, I would only hope that the dealer is in constant communication with Lexus Corporate to resolve this issue but Im suspecting the dealer is dragging their feet or forgotten about my problem all together. Its not right that I should be on top of the dealer just to get updates on whether my car will be fixed. Its frustrating and kind of ridiculous. I dont see when I have to wait this long for my car to be fixed, especially when I bought it from them. Its ridiculous! More
