Great, all stakeholders were very personable & knowledgable We found Tina at Brumos quite by accident. The purchase we made was primarily for my wife Cindy and I was "tasked" to do the background work since Ci We found Tina at Brumos quite by accident. The purchase we made was primarily for my wife Cindy and I was "tasked" to do the background work since Cindy typically hates dealing with auto dealerships. I communicated with three Lexus dealerships over several days and selected Brumos for our first person-to-person visit because of Tina Tobin's e-mail and phone demina. I also thought Cindy might tolerate working with a woman sales person slightly more than a man. Obviously, working with Tina was a complete joy …we never made it out of your dealership without buying an ES300h; and actually buying a new car was not at all part of our agenda that day. But it gets even better. David and Ben then introduced us to the Lexus leasing program. Being “old school” it took a while for the benefits to sink-in; but we got on-board with the program. Overall, we could not be happier. My only problem is I cannot get to drive our new car, Cindy is keeping it all to herself …she’s in real estate, so the ES is now her new moving office. Tina has since started looking into the possibility of a CT for me and that’s an on-going process. But, bottom-line, we will definitely return to Tina. My mother-in-law is getting ready to trade her 2008 BMW 335 …yes a 335, and she’s turning 90 next month. More
