If I thought a call would help you and your team, I would do it. Traditional car dealers like Lexus are so far behind companies like Tesla. I just bought my wife a Model Y this past week. It took 10 minutes to sign and pick up the car which I leased. It took 15 minutes for you to find Nick for a scheduled appointment. Everything was done on my phone. If you don't change, you will continue to lose customers like me. This is the last Lexus I will purchase...which is my 7th one.
