I had a 1 pm appointment for my first service. I was told to wait in the waiting room. Other customers came and were assisted and I was left sitting there for almost an hour with no explanation. My mo told to wait in the waiting room. Other customers came and were assisted and I was left sitting there for almost an hour with no explanation. My mom went outside to ask the person who checked us in what is the issue why we had to wait this long and we were answered in a demeaning manner along with an attitude. The young man said that the person that was supposed to help is at break and he can make him come back from the break to assist and that you were short-staffed. He pointed to someone else who would assist after they were finished with their client(who happened to come in long after us and was assisted before us). Finally, Melissa (not quite sure of her name) assisted us. She was polite and apologized. This is the first and last time I would ever bring my vehicle there for service. This department needs to learn professionalism and get trained in communication and how to deal with customers. I will find another Lexus dealer for my next service! More

Mr. Sal Kamal and Mr. Andres Majerovicz just added more and more things because if not, it won't be approve by the bank. End up having the worse bank interest rate with things that I don't need and discussing with them why the numbers were different from the original deal. They end up admitting that, by mistake, other Lexus offers cannot be include in the origin pre-approved price by Costco. They gave me an empty thumb drive that was suppose to have all my signed document on Saturday. After multiple calls on Sunday and today, they finally sent me one copy of the document by email but no confirmation of when my documents will arrive (not even a tracking number). I lost my faith on good dealer. At least the last dealer back in 2019 was honest. Now stuck with this them for many years to come. Then I got an email to contact Lynn Gonzalez but the "mailbox is not setup" and won't allow you to leave a message. What a consumer service program. More
