I dropped my vehicle off got a ride home all was good at that point. However, when I needed a pick up at my house for my vehicle after the oil change they had no drivers to pick me up. Also, it was never that point. However, when I needed a pick up at my house for my vehicle after the oil change they had no drivers to pick me up. Also, it was never recommended to me to get a tire rotation which is included in my maintenance plan I purchased for my Lexus. I kinda thought they new to do the tire rotation when they do the oil change especially that it's included in my maintenance plan. I will now have to go back to have it done which is a waist of my time to have to go back a second time and they wont even give a loaner vehicle and when they drop you off they can't pick you back up. Oh well. More

Took my car to the body repair shop due to an accident. It took 6 weeks for the repair to be completed. Don't know why it took so long, my insurance agent said one thing and they said another thing.
