Took our 2019 RX 350 in for service on 8/11 for its 15,000 mile checkup and two recalls from Lexus. Advisor John Steigele was wonderful ,he had looked up cars history and had all the paperwork ready to 15,000 mile checkup and two recalls from Lexus. Advisor John Steigele was wonderful ,he had looked up cars history and had all the paperwork ready to go and for me to sign. I was in and out with my loaner car in less than 25 minutes that’s the way to get it done. Car was ready on time and picking it up was a breeze. Highly recommend Advisor John Steigele. More
