Thanks too to the Sales Director Rohan Alexander who smoothed over the scheduling mishap of one of the employees and provided a really good price for our NX300h.. Drove it home the same day! It was nice to return to this dealership three years later and still find the same level of service and pricing as I first experienced with Gaetano Costantino (who also trained Andres.). See either one. More

Unnecessary repair Had car in for routine oil change and got call form dealer stating brake pad needed replacement right away. For only $600.00!!! And brake fluid was very dirty. ... “but that might be able to wait” only 25k miles on car. Took it to two different repair shops an both said brakes were fine and did not need any work. A letter to Corporate who passed it off to dealer saying they were independent. Still no apology from Manager. Service manager said he “would work with us when we needed brakes”?? WOW! More

What a terrible experience. It all started out with a good meeting with Alan and Sal, but once I asked them to search for a vehicle with the 3 features I wanted, they didn’t seem to care and started to i good meeting with Alan and Sal, but once I asked them to search for a vehicle with the 3 features I wanted, they didn’t seem to care and started to ignore me. The last I heard from them was to just order the vehicle and wait 3 months. They really didn’t want to be involved in searching another dealership for one of the vehicles I wanted. At one point I asked their internet salesperson which vehicle was in their TV ads, and he responds with, “I don’t know, I don’t watch TV”. The support from their sales team could not have been worse. After the continued struggle, I emailed Andre, the General Sales Manager, that sends you an email video indicating if you have any issues to contact him. After a couple of emails to him, you think he would reply or call me back? Nothing. Needless to say, after a couple of weeks I stopped speaking to the sales staff here, it was just too frustrating! More
