The greeting was very pleasant. It took a little while to call me in and the service rep advised it would be about an hour. I had to grocery shop and run a few errands so that wor It took a little while to call me in and the service rep advised it would be about an hour. I had to grocery shop and run a few errands so that worked. When I called after an hour to get an update no one could find my service rep or give me an estimate on time. By the time someone called me back I had already made it home which was a bit frustrating but they apologized. Jeremy was wonderful in responding to me first when I couldn’t get an answer and everyone in the end was pleasant. I would just recommend to keep the pleasant service experienced through the whole experience is having more than one rep be able to provide an update for service. Other that that Lexus is by far one of the best dealerships if not the best in Pines. More
