If you're fine having additional charges, fees and fake taxes added to your contract after you sign it, this is the dealership for you. If you like being nickeled and dimed, lied to, and your time waste taxes added to your contract after you sign it, this is the dealership for you. If you like being nickeled and dimed, lied to, and your time wasted, this is your place to go. Takes them weeks to do anything, and they changed the numbers multiple times. I caught no less than 6 errors in my contract. Salesperson was nice. Asked for the GM to call to explain something, but you'll never get them. Caveat emptor! More

I had a deposit on a car and was waiting for the insurance cards when the salesman sold my car to somebody else. I complained to the manager, and they did not give a damm. I started looking at BMW's and checked the website one more time., Sammy responded to my inquiryand delivered my new car in 72 hours. I never went to the showroom and never met the salesman. More
