My review is mixed because the workers are very professional and helpful, but everything takes too long to process. I made a 9a appointment with Sebastian and told them I needed a tire so to please have it there by the day of my appointment. On that day I was greeted by Andres as Sebastian was busy. He had no idea if they had the tire, and it took him until ~2:30p to tell me they did have a tire, but did not have the spare that I also needed. Okay, proceed with the service. Upon completion, you go to the cashier where you pay, then go to the loaner office to get in line to get the vehicle, which then takes about 15 minutes for them to retrieve the vehicle. So I feel like the actual service is good, the loaner car is a huge benefit, and the people are friendly. But you are processing so many people that everything takes longer and I don't feel like a valued customer. This is our 8th Lexus, so I've been coming to this dealership for quite some time. And the last few years, every time I walk away I think, I'm not going back there. I think it makes more sense to go to a local shop for service rather than back to the dealership. thank you. More
