I must say that we our most pleased with the way he handled it and treated us with the upmost respect and professionalism during the entire time. My name is Kim Hylton. Unfortunately when I came to pick up by car I noticed a crack on the side of the car that was supposed to be repaired. My Geico rental had expired an Unfortunately when I came to pick up by car I noticed a crack on the side of the car that was supposed to be repaired. My Geico rental had expired and Lexus collision did not have a loaner or rental available for me. I have been trying to coordinate dropping off my car for the issue to be repaired. I was told I would be called when a loaner or rental was available. When I called after a week, there still wasn't any available. I would appreciate having this taken care of as soon as possible. Went for my 10k maintenance: 1) A advisor name Sarah Breitbord helped me- but didn't explain anything - all she did was say hi and asked me to sign the papers - poor customer service 2) Fluids were n Breitbord helped me- but didn't explain anything - all she did was say hi and asked me to sign the papers - poor customer service 2) Fluids were not topped off fully - they filled it half way - for e.g. the coolant 3) After receiving a text message that my car was "ready" - they took another 45 minutes to drop the car off with the keys - had to ask them twice. 4) They pulled my SUNPASS toll transponder to put the sticker and now it doesn't stick properly to the windshield 5) my first 5k maintenance - everything went well - Afraz Hosein did a great job!
