Very unprofessional, and inconsiderate, definitely NOT GOING BACK! After waiting 30 mins in the lobby unattended no one could tell me who my service advisor was. Thankfully Richard M. saw me and asked wha GOING BACK! After waiting 30 mins in the lobby unattended no one could tell me who my service advisor was. Thankfully Richard M. saw me and asked what I was doing there. I explained to him what was going on. Only then did he find out and tell me who was going to attend me. The advisor that was going to attend me gave my paperwork to someone else thankfully. Frank was the new service person who attended me. I have bought and leased several cars from this dealer Richard M is the best sales person you have, John S. was the best service person you had. Now that place is a disaster! Richard M. is the best thing that is at that dealer. I will drive to Ft Myers going forward to have my car serviced as they appreciate the customer and are extremely professional and courteous. The icing on the cake was when they gave me my car back after over 2 hours, and it was still dirty on the outside…… More
