The dealership is ok but the worker that I have to go to need training on how to deal with people. If I didn't love Lexus and the fact that its so close I wouldn't bother going to that location. The standards ar lexus has gone way down. I am so irritated as I feel I should be getting better service for the amount of money I spend purchasing a lexus vehicle. At my last visit I was charged for an item i should not have as my car has less than 50000 miles. i had to call to get a refund . Soooo disappointed 😔 More

Andre was thorough and always attentive and courteous. He was able to have the service dept, replace the cover of a small back side light, whereas another dealership had told me it couldn't be fixed unles He was able to have the service dept, replace the cover of a small back side light, whereas another dealership had told me it couldn't be fixed unless they took off the back fender! I highly recommend this dealership. More
