I have been with Lexus of Pembroke Pines for a total of 4 cars now and the service is horrible. Currently my car has been sitting in the shot for a total of 2 weeks with no work being done. My insurance company approved back on the 21st and not one part was ordered. Now they’re saying it’s going to take another two weeks. I do not have rental insurance and have been paying out of pocket. More
