On February 15, 2024, I visited the Lexus of Pembroke Pines dealership regarding an issue with my dashboard. I was referred to a service technician named Afraz. He was very courteous during my inital vis Pines dealership regarding an issue with my dashboard. I was referred to a service technician named Afraz. He was very courteous during my inital visit and he informed me that the issue I was experiencing with my dashboard was unusual and he would have to speak to his managers regarding the next steps in getting my issue resolved. He stated it would take about a month to get the situation sorted out and to order the necessary replacement part for my dashboard. On March 15, 2024, I followed up with Afraz regarding the status of my replacement part. He stated that he was working on it and would call me back with an update. Since that time, I have not received a call back nor an update despite numerous calls to the service department. It is now April 23nd, over two months since my initial visit, with ZERO communication from anyone in the service department. The lack of communication is appalling, not to mention highly unprofessional. I expected quality service from such a reputable dealership. I am very disappointed. Now, I must take time off from work to go sit at the dealership to get this situation handled when this could have been resolved with a simple phone call. More

Service dept is in complete disarray. I have been with Lexus for over 25 years and NEVER had such difficult time getting service with loaner. I am in for service 3/4 times a year min.
