I called to schedule an oil change and asked if I could just drop the car off early instead of having to wait to speak to the service man. They said No, because the car was at a milestone mark in miles an just drop the car off early instead of having to wait to speak to the service man. They said No, because the car was at a milestone mark in miles and the service man would want to go over other things. I made the appointment and waited 30 minutes before seeing the service man who scheduled the car for the oil change and I signed the document in less than 3 minutes. NO discussion about anything related to the care of my car. More
