Poor accurate and honest communication with the customer. Have been given the run around and am still waiting for a date that my vehicle will be available from their service department and it is as simple as Have been given the run around and am still waiting for a date that my vehicle will be available from their service department and it is as simple as a camera repair that is needed. I might not know much about vehicles but I know customer relations and service and given the experience I have undergone a camera would have been made available and installed weeks ago. I will not continue service with this dealership and their service department once this contract period is over with my vehicle. Very unhappy and poor service representatives within the service department all the way around! Definitely not what I expect from Lexus. More

Everything was good. The only bad thing was their text message system. I never got the text saying that my car was ready it they said they sent it. I ended up coming around 7pm to check if my car was done, but the service department was closed and I couldn’t get my car out. I had my daughter’s car seat in there.
