It’s overall sad that I as a customer am forced through this route to get the attention of management, because I can’t get a call back from their improperly trained staff. This Lexus dealer truly has the worst service experience ever, from lack of loaners to non-responsiveness, it’s a nightmare. In particular, I would like to highlight Sebastian as the worst of them all. I have phone records for the number of calls that I have made with messages, where I have not received any form of response back. Any other business that provided this lack of service would ultimately go under - and somehow Lexus markets itself as a “luxury brand.” Yeah right! This officially the last Lexus that I will be buying based on a completely unacceptable service experience (or lack thereof). More
