Let me first say that Jeremy was amazing. He made an otherwise frustrating experience pleasant and refreshing! He rescued me not once but twice. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30AM. I arrived at 7:15AM and was the 2nd customer in line. Maybe 6-7 customers arrived after me. Everyone one was taken care of ahead of me and Andre Rust, my service agent never came out. He was most definitely there but never came to assist me. About 8AM I asked the young lady who checks us in if he’s aware I’m here and she says yes but still no Andre. Then Jeremy walks up unprompted and offers to take care of me and does so with a smile a genuinely pleasant attitude. So now I’m waiting for my loaner. Once again I’m left there for another 30 min after checking in with the young lady in the loaner office. I asked to speak with the supervisor who came but seemed to have no clue why I’m so frustrated. Here comes Jeremy once again to save the day! A few min later my loaner was pulled out and just as I was climbing in Jeremy presents me with a rose to cheer me up and cheer me up he did. Jeremey went above and beyond to turn a poor customer experience onto one of the most outstanding visits I’ve had since I leased my first of 6-7 vehicles with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Jeremy is truly one of your very best team members and he deserves every recognition you have available to give him. Thank you Jeremey for caring for your customers!
