Came in for tires alignment and oil change. Took about five hours. Water fountain inoperable, no water cooler and vending machine doesn’t work so unable to access water there. The number one thing that humans need to survive is not available at a luxury car dealership. This is not a one off as this happened when I originally went to do the services above and the second time that I had to come back because the alignment was not right and my car would veer to the right upon letting go of the steering wheel. I brought my own bottled water this time and a nice lady asked “ where did you get that water? I looked everywhere and there is none” I told her I brought it because I know there’s no water here. I offered to give it to her multiple lot times but she refused. I was then told and it would take a few hours to get my alignment corrected and there were no loaners available so I had my son pick me up to take me home 20 minutes away and as soon as I get home I’m texted to tell me that they took care of it and to come pick it up. Not that I wanted to wait longer but still annoying as I could’ve just waited. Please fix your water fountains and have a water cooler for back up for your well-paying customers. Not too much to ask at all. And alignment should be checked before a customer takes their vehicle. This is an a rinky-dink tire shop this is a JM Lexus facility. Should be held to a higher standard. I found the service people to be indifferent. I had to ask several people where to go to get my car. My service person did not reach out to ask me if I had any questions. I asked to meet with Adam the tec ask several people where to go to get my car. My service person did not reach out to ask me if I had any questions. I asked to meet with Adam the tech person as I needed help learning about the features in my car and was basically blown off. Two people said they would call him then told me nothing about where to meet him. I waited outside. No one came. So I left disgusted. I am sorry I agreed to pay extra for the service agreement. I had always gone to JM Lexus in the past. There I was always offered impeccable service and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Your dealership was so different. A big disappointment. I am not looking forward to my next visit. More
