When I arrived for a service at the scheduled time of my appointment I waited like 20 mnts for an advisor to assist me,then I explained him which service I needed for my vehicle and also asked him to check appointment I waited like 20 mnts for an advisor to assist me,then I explained him which service I needed for my vehicle and also asked him to check my turbo engine since it wasn’t working properly,something I explained when I called and made my appointment by phone, advisor told to check the turbo I needed to return another day because I didn’t requested a loaner and they didn’t have any at that time,something it wasn’t true because there were loaners at that time,and the person who made my appointment should’ve told me I needed a loaner but she didn’t.To make it short the advisor didn’t seem very helpful or interested in providing a good assistance so I ended up very disappointed.If it wasn’t that another coworker explained my situation with a manager the advisor wouldn’t have taken a look at the turbo and solved the simple issue it had. I rated 2 stars for that unprofessional and indifferent attitude from the advisor Andres . More
