My appointment was at 4:00 and I did arrive late but was told that Jeff had already left. He could have called or left my name with someone before he left because I always wait at least 15 minutes to be se told that Jeff had already left. Secondly, I was not notified that the car was ready for pick up. I called 3 times to speak to Randy or any one who can give me an update on my car and just kept getting forwarded from one line to another. Lastly, the car was dirty when I finally picked it up. Although it was washed sloppily on the outside the inside was not touched. This was a very disappointing service experience. More
