The service center seemed disorganized. My appointment was at 9 am but I was not seen until 9:30 am. There was no loaner car appointment made for me despite me confirming at time of my appointment. My adv was at 9 am but I was not seen until 9:30 am. There was no loaner car appointment made for me despite me confirming at time of my appointment. My advisor barely made eye contact and it was just a transaction and he seemed annoyed when I asked for a loaner car. When I went to pick up my car, the valet manager asked me which key was mine rather than looking at the tag. Lexus of Pembroke Pines needs to step up their customer service.
