My wife is on her third or fourth Lexus. My first. Your service department is teriffic but completely overwhelmed. You’re selling two to three times the number of cars and your service department is the same size!! Not rocket science!! Used to be better. More efficient. Customer oriented. Not complaining. Tough job. You try hard

The service representative was not focused. Did not pay attention gave a an estimate of $51 +$189 total $240 but charged me $307.xx. For EXACT SAME work JM Lexus told me total $199. More
