Online schedule feature did not work so I called and was able to schedule for my desired time. Upon arrival several service reps were available to greet me and take my vehicle. About 5-10 minutes later another service rep came to me and asked me about the reason for my visit. It would have been more efficient for a service rep to ask me about the vehicle first because during my explanation we had to have my vehicle called out from the garage so I could show the service rep the issues, which added more time unnecessarily and my vehicle sat in the line of newly approaching vehicles for drop off (basically putting me further back in line for service). The service staff was cordial and professional as expected. My service rep, Christian, was very attentive to my concerns so high remarks there. Comfortable waiting area and plentiful lunch counter while I waited. Vehicle was washed which was a nice touch. I've been to this dealer several years ago and it was refreshing to know they still provide a positive experience. More

None of my requests was fixed. Truck door. We’ve ordered the part several months ago. I got a phone call that it came to Lexus center. This tome it wasn’t installed. The truck door has noise.
