The vehicle was promised to me between 30 min to 1 hr. I sat there for more than two hours and I would have been okay with the 2 hour wait if I was kept up to date on the progress. After 3 calls each lasti sat there for more than two hours and I would have been okay with the 2 hour wait if I was kept up to date on the progress. After 3 calls each lasting no less than 15 minutes, the operator could not reach my service advisor. On my last call, I tried the sales department and expressed my frustration. Eventually another advisor named Jose informed me my vehicle was ready. What was difficult to understand was that every car owner in the waiting area were kept up to date in person by a service advisor. Not sure why I was left out. More

Jose in the service department was great. He quickly got back to me once the technician was able to diagnosed the problem and advised what was needed and the cost to make the repair.
