I went in with a full tank and came out with a quarter tank left. It took 2 days to get a response about the question. Finally I was contacted by the service consultant who would fill up the tank but off tank left. It took 2 days to get a response about the question. Finally I was contacted by the service consultant who would fill up the tank but offered no explanation. My sales rep Irv was nice enough to get me an answer. The tank of gas means no much to me. All I wanted is a logical expiation of what happened. I was not impressed with the service response rate. Let alone the expectation from a high-end brand like Lexus! More

Very bad communication. When there is an insurance claim, they think they are doing us a favour. The estimator will speak very little, all they want is just leave the car and don't like that we ask questions they think they are doing us a favour. My service advisor was Rod Fuller. It was my first time there with this car. I had never been helped by him before but i can honestly say that he is genuinely interested in helping his clients. Service was great as usual. One problem happened. Had to wait 40 minutes to get my car after paying the service cost. During the 40 minutes I asked 3 times the status. Let's say that other than the day I drove the car off the lot the service that I've received over the past 2 years have been lackluster non appreciated feeling not valued no appreciation for customer loyalty lot the service that I've received over the past 2 years have been lackluster non appreciated feeling not valued no appreciation for customer loyalty...nothing....I visited the dealership on Wednesday May 12,2021 as a walk in....I was signaled where to park and given a ticket to wait inside for a service dealer..fine I was waiting maybe 30+ minutes which was ok seeing that I didn't have an appointment...here comes a service agent I can see walking past me calling out my name as he kept walking while he was looking for me another customer got his attention and he clearly spoke to them and as he was on his way back to I had my number visible so that he could see it he says Delaine and I gestured yes....on the walk over another employee engaged into conversation with him. And I tagged behind....when he get to his desk and sat down he proceedes to ask me what I was here for....I was kinda shocked because I assumed it was stated on the computer because I received a service reminder by email everytime the vehicle needs servicing....after a little back n forth I told him I was her for maintenance....and I told him about the level of service I receive at this dealership and how I hated to visit there....his response shocked me....he quickly stated that I could go somewhere else if I hated coming here....I quickly asked for his supervisor and he immediately got up and went for one....when Jose came I explained briefly my encounter with Sébastien and he started to make all kinds of excuse as to why saying that the dealership was busy and maybe it's this and that....e did apologize for Sébastien and after having to calm myself down in the end all Jose wanted to know was if I still wanted to have the vehicle serviced I stated that this is Lexus of Pembroke Pines's vehicle I'm only the lease...he said no it's your vehicle I said whatever and said service the vehicle and let me get to go home....Sébastien finished the request I walked away looking for another manager or someone else to speak to but everyone seemed too busy with something or someone....the next day I called to speak to someone other than Jose and my name and number was taken and a female was to return my phonecall....that is yet to happen.....I also wanted to speak to someone in regards to an email I received about selling or returning the car but Otanty was also busy......I understand the stresses of dealing with customers however for a luxury brand like Lexus I expect better I expect to be greeted by my name and to be treated with courtesy and I would like to be thanked for my loyalty regardless if I had an appointment or if the employee has been working all day even without a proper break or lunch...I expect that everytime I step into a place of business....i work at the airport and at times I'm on my way to the restroom and people of all walks of life are approaching me asking where to go....most of them don't speak English and I go on my phone to Google translate and I help them the best way that I know and if I don't know I point them or take them to someone that can better assist....I try not to be rude and I don't let people feel less valued and I feel less valued each time that I have to visit your dealership.....this must be addressed....
