Two hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. Jeff my agent had no system. After two hours I went in his office and asked him what the status of my car was he said I’ll call the car wash. It took another 20 minutes before I got my car and the front mats were dirty. This was unacceptable. If I’m going to pay over $200 for an oil change I’ll go somewhere else. More
