I am a Lexus customer and I live west Kendall and I literally have a Lexus dealer in the corner of my house and I refuse to go there because there service is terrible. The last time I was at the dealer to get a flat fixed, the service department told me I could get “concierge service” and have the car towed to the dealer and they would bring me a loaner. Apparently, tha the service department told me I could get “concierge service” and have the car towed to the dealer and they would bring me a loaner. Apparently, that was all fictitious. I called the dealer and it was hard to get someone on the phone and when I did, I was told this was not a thing. I was told not to drive my car because of the warning light and to have it towed, and to find a ride to the dealer. I drove the car, as I did not have another means of transportation. My car has 7800 miles on it and is a 2.5 year lease. This was astonishing that the dealer leaves you stranded because of Covid procedures and doesn’t give you another option. I did receive a loaner car right away and all was good after that. But this tow and company ride policy needs to be addressed. Especially for issues that are not related to my wrong doing, rather was a vehicle problem. More
