Rod Fuller was terrific. However, I was stuck waiting a long time outside because the service advisors were "in training". Then when I came to pick up the car, there was only one cashier and she was workin long time outside because the service advisors were "in training". Then when I came to pick up the car, there was only one cashier and she was working with a salesman - so customers were waiting endlessly. Not cool. Someone needed to recognize that situation and rectify it. Why did I have to complain to my service manager? More
