I never experienced such poor service in the 8 years I have owned my vehicle and was furious that I pay extra to bring my car to Lexus for terrible service. I’m not sure I will purchase a new Lexus in the future. More
You asked so here you go: about the time I thought my car should be ready I called the dealership and asked if my car was ready. They told me my service advisor was out to lunch and told me he would be back should be ready I called the dealership and asked if my car was ready. Why should that be an answer for telling me if my car is ready or not? I asked for the service manager but she was busy and I was told she would call me back but never did. This process should not be this complicated! More
