I scheduled the service appointment for the fact of having a loaner available. With that in mind I had to wait three weeks for my appointment with a guaranteed loaner vehicle. I found this entire process to be very in efficient and I don’t see the point of making an appointment for a loaner vehicle if it’s not a guarantee. More

I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me about the precautions being taken due to Covid, for my car.
