It's an older location so dated... but the service was better than other locations but not without hiccups. I was given a loaner that had an awful smell and was a very small car l200 in comparison with my better than other locations but not without hiccups. I was given a loaner that had an awful smell and was a very small car l200 in comparison with my RX 350L but they did a great job with the detailing and servicing the car. So happy with that. The cashiers, service department and staff were courteous. I do expect with Lexus a bit more than with other dealerships and think there is room for improvement regarding perks and providing elite customer service. Everyone likes to feel valued and appreciated without having to ask or guide other in that direction. More
