Dead battery; no service cuz 2013 Lexus is too old. Charged battery at home, brought to dealer cuz battery under 2 yr warranty. No service cuz battery was now charged. I always trusted Lexus to take care of my vehicle no matter the age, and had planned on replacing with a new vehicle this year or next. I never experienced such poor service in the 8 years I have owned my vehicle and was furious that I pay extra to bring my car to Lexus for terrible service. I’m not sure I will purchase a new Lexus in the future. More
