I told them I needed a rental. When I got there they didn’t have any so I waited one and half hours to get a car. They just gave me a random car because they knew I had my kids in school at home. I have to say thankfully I love my suv or I would’ve probably been done with Lexus as the rental car was awful to drive. The service in previous times was great! Maybe you are understaffed or overwhelmed. Also they kept my car an extra night for the recall. They just texted “I need to keep your veh”. Then the next day I had to text and ask if it was ready yet. He said it just got washed. It had bird poop all over the hood. I don’t care as the wash is complimentary but don’t tell me you washed it. They did offer to wash it but I just took it myself to a local place so I could leave. I’m sad bc I do want another Lexus and when I first got it I thought how great is Lexus service compared to Acura. I don’t like to complain but they kept blaming it on people not returning the rentals. However, it could’ve been a similar situation like me where I had to ask if my car was ready. Anyway, hopefully they can improve on the service. Thankfully the car speaks for itself when it comes to quality! More

It is effortless to bring the car in for service. It is set up as an assembly line, everyone plays their part to get you in and out. This dealership is always out for extra money and they always try to scam. I brought my SUV in for 2 recalls and one of my complimentary oil changes. I was told that there would be no charge, however, whe always try to scam. I brought my SUV in for 2 recalls and one of my complimentary oil changes. I was told that there would be no charge, however, when I went back to pick up I was told I owed 90 something dollars since they charged me for the oil change. I had to argue that I was not supposed to be charged. Finally, they corrected it and after 20 minutes of waiting for them to print a "new" receipt i was able to get my car. This is not the first time that I have been over charged for routine and complementary services and the fees and details were not reviewed upfront. More
