Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

This dealership is always out for extra money and they always try to scam. I brought my SUV in for 2 recalls and one of my complimentary oil changes. I was told that there would be no charge, however, whe always try to scam. I brought my SUV in for 2 recalls and one of my complimentary oil changes. I was told that there would be no charge, however, when I went back to pick up I was told I owed 90 something dollars since they charged me for the oil change. I had to argue that I was not supposed to be charged. Finally, they corrected it and after 20 minutes of waiting for them to print a "new" receipt i was able to get my car. This is not the first time that I have been over charged for routine and complementary services and the fees and details were not reviewed upfront. More

It is effortless to bring the car in for service. It is set up as an assembly line, everyone plays their part to get you in and out. Well , when I pick up my car , the car had a flat tire . How is that possible?????? Why are people on the don’t care attitude??????
