I was very disappointed with my first service experience as well as my over experience. I made an appt for noon and was still told there was a 2 hour wait. Why did I schedule an appointment. They did not as well as my over experience. I made an appt for noon and was still told there was a 2 hour wait. Why did I schedule an appointment. They did notice a recall and took care of it but that added another hour. I had no notice from my service guy sebastian during the 3 hours. Yes I had acknowledge the initial text to get updates. Only when I questioned what was happening again after 3 hours did they tell me my car will be ready soon. Even when i lease my car I drove it home and the battery died. I had to have lexus come and jump start me on the 1st day I had the car. More
