5 stars for Melissa Ho who is always a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me in and out within 45 mins. It wasn’t till I went to the cashier did my experience quickly go downhill. As usual, I went up to cashier and gave her my name.. She quickly pulled up my bill, and said “$205” and walked away. I took out my credit card and waited patiently, assuming she went to grab paperwork. When she came back a few minutes later, she rudely said “put you card into the machine!” in such a belittling way.. Beyond shocked at how rude one can be to a customer, I pause for a second before inserting my chip. I thankfully ran into Melissa on my way out and told her everything that happened.
