Horrible experience, my wife took her Lexus for her last maintenance and this is the second time we had an issue. First time they told her they rotated the tires and they didn’t and she had to waist more ti maintenance and this is the second time we had an issue. First time they told her they rotated the tires and they didn’t and she had to waist more time taking it back. Now they didn’t even add brake fluid which was low and also needed radiator fluid and now I’m wondering if they even changed the oil filter. Then the next day battery went dead which I had to replace. Very unhappy and disappointed with the service department. I will not be buying another Lexus from them or even recommend. More
