I was underwhelmed with my visit. When I came for my first visit having recently relocated, the service man barley greeted me, didn’t welcome me or ask me if he could be of assistance. He pointed to the area where the loaner vehicles are picked up and made me feel like he did me a favor for lining one up, because “we usually don’t do this but it’s 4:30 asd this is a 2 hour service.” More

I DID NOT PUT IN EXTRA FLOOR MATS WHICH WAS EVIDENT SINCE THERE WERE NONE IN THE TRUNK. also, the service person who unlocked the floor mats didn't relock them.
