I’ve been going to this dealership for years. However, my last experience here was terrible and I won’t bring my car here again. The a/c on the passenger side was not working, I brought my car in to fix the last experience here was terrible and I won’t bring my car here again. The a/c on the passenger side was not working, I brought my car in to fix the issue. After I left I noticed that the issue had not been fixed. The first visit was approximately $1,000 of which I paid a $100 deductible. I brought the car back and was charged another $1,500 of which I was charged another $100 deductible. I had to call the warranty company to explain that although this was a seperate visit, the car was brought in to fix the same issue that was not fixed the first time. I was very disappointed that the associate would not admit that the issue wasn’t fixed right the first time. If I didn’t have an extended warranty that covered the cost, I would been livid. More

Everything thing was fine! The only complaint I have was the used steering wheel protector that was left inside my car when I picked it up after service.
