We came into the dealership with the idea of purchasing a new RX. Charles Lenard was a very kind person who was very patient with our indecision and ultimately we ended up purchasing a used NX which had bee new RX. Charles Lenard was a very kind person who was very patient with our indecision and ultimately we ended up purchasing a used NX which had been the former service loaner with a mere 9000 miles on it. With the added bonus of being a Lexus Certified used car it turns out that the extended warranty is better than a new car. Thank you Charles for a wonderful experience. Over all the dealership is spotless and the staff are all kind, patient, and tend to all of our needs. More
