My wife and I have always despised most car dealerships due to previous experience. Lexus of Pleasanton, however, is our one exception. The facility is incredibly modern and quite spacious. We worked with Gavin Lam who went above and beyond by presenting various trims and color, even offered for us to test drive a few cars. He is incredibly responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the way. The negotiation was not stressful at all. Jeremy who helped us through document signing made sure that the process didn’t feel like a drag and is actually quite enjoyable. Lastly, the tech delivery specialist, Zach, was fantastic at showing us how to set up the Lexus app and safety features. He happily explained every detail about the car and gave us multiple pointers. Overall, we are happy and fully satisfied with our experience with our recent purchase and are looking forward to be coming back here for service. More
