On short notice about Noon on Tuesday, July 1st I called Lexus of Pleasanton to set an appointment for service for my '23 RX350 SUV. I was asked if 2:30 PM the same day was OK? "Sure"! I then brought Lexus of Pleasanton to set an appointment for service for my '23 RX350 SUV. I was asked if 2:30 PM the same day was OK? "Sure"! I then brought the vehicle in for service. Two hours later the vehicle had been serviced as requested & I rec'd 2 videos of the work done & a very complete overview presented to me by Service Rep Nick Wilson despite a very full dealership with vehicles lined up "...out the door..."
