Overall, my experience with this dealership was extremely positive. I contacted salesperson Leo Knowles via telephone and he made it clear he understood what I needed. We got there a little late and I think he stayed later to help me. Leo was professional, positive, knowledgeable and made the experience a smooth one. He walked us through different vehicles and helped find a model that fit my needs. Sales manager Michael Deip, assisted Leo and was also very friendly, professional and helpful. We believed he gave us the best deal possible and we felt good about the purchase. Both Leo and Michael kept in touch with me as I worked with my employer to complete the purchase.
