Sevrin is very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Lexus models which assisted me in making a decision as to which model would be my best choice. He was available for scheduled appointments and once I selected my car he made every effort to explain all details to complete the purchase process. After I purchased the car Sevrin took the time to provide instructions for operating all of the infomatic systems and safety features. Ten years ago, I came to Acura dealership to purchase my old vehicle & after recently closing my trusted service advisors had transferred to Lexus. I remember telling them that one day I would be back to purchase my dream car. Well, today was that day! I traded in my Acura MDX “mom car” for a brand-new Lexus IS 350 F SPORT, and I couldn’t be happier. Came in for an oil change and left with a new car!
