I was late picking up my car and felt really bad but Nick waited for me and still spent the time to explain what they did and go through everything. I was very apologetic, but he assured me it's okay, he did waited for me and still spent the time to explain what they did and go through everything. And got me a loaner no problem when it turned out my car needed a part which training) and she was FANTASTIC. Friendly. Honest. Great communication.
