Just because of this , I will be sure to never do business with a Hendrick Dealership , and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to do just the same. He had he nerve to tell my wife and I to leave his office. Hashim took over and basically told us the same thing Doug cotton was trying to tell us, but in a normal and informative way, NOT in a rude, yelling, calling us "wish washy" whatever the xxxx that is? I am beyond pissed. We are loyal to the Lexus brand. Have owned almost the entire model line throughout the years. I will be writing Lexus Corporate, Hendrick Auto Group Corporate. I may even retain an attorney as I felt discriminated for being a minority. I don't think Doug Cotton would treat other people like he treated us. More

No compassion I went in to have my car checked. Nick was my advisor. I felt a negative vibe from him the moment I shook his hand. He was not pleasant and welcoming I went in to have my car checked. Nick was my advisor. I felt a negative vibe from him the moment I shook his hand. He was not pleasant and welcoming at all. He gave me information regarding my car. I was ok with the unfortunate information knowing it will be taken care of at some point. He seem to be pleased giving bad news. As I was sadden he had no compassion. He continued to go on and on about how bad my situation was. When I arrived home I read over the notes from the technician. The information was not the same as what nick explained, I felt as if he wanted to see me stressed and sadden. I love Lexus but this was the worst experience I ever had. I also watched him deliver unfortunate news to a customer, which I feel should of been done in private. He totally embarrassed me in front of all the staff and customers. By saying oh I have real bad news for you , you are going to hate this. Of course I was afraid and brought anxiety and worry. I'm sadden that I spent so much money on my car to find out of issues, that are very common and should be a recall for this car. I really enjoyed my tech#278 not sure his name. But Nick was by far the worst person I have ever met. He in the wrong position and does not represent Lexus and what they stand for. More

I bought my car in Pleasanton primarily because of the dealership proximity and paid about $1K more than what another dealership was asking. However, with less than 100 miles on the odometer, when I drove the car in my neighborhood a neighbor said, "You have one headlight not working". It turned out a technician at the dealership burned a fuse during the installation of a dealer-installed option. - glass breakage detector. I was disappointed that the car had not been checked in all aspects before I took possession. Before recommending/judging the dealership I will wait until I have further experience with the service department. More

Always drive European cars. But the day I walked in to Lexus, all that changed. I decided to give Japanese car a try. Al is super attentive and a great listener. He gave us a great deal and hook us up from the beginning to end. He doesn't play games. He is a savvy professional. I highly recommend seeing this guy Al skender. More
