I made my very first Lexus purchase this year after years of owning Acura. I had 5K, 10K and 15K services and I love the clean and modern waiting area where I can relax and even work. The dealership itself is just fine, but I’ll never buy a Lexus again. My brand new, under 4000 mile RZ300e dropped 21% in range from purchase. It was an extremely low range to begin with, but this level o Lexus again. My brand new, under 4000 mile RZ300e dropped 21% in range from purchase. It was an extremely low range to begin with, but this level of decrease in 4 months is outrageous. To be told this is just the way the car is and there is nothing that can be done tells me that Lexus is selling lemons knowingly and not being forthcoming to buyers regarding what to expect from their product. This is NOT a luxury vehicle when you are told that the only way to maintain the highest range of 245 is to drive without ANY of the standard equipment like AC during 100+ degree weather through the summer months. Don’t be a fool like me. Stay away from this vehicle and from anyone who would knowingly sell a car that can not realistically be useful for any length of time. More

I recommend everyone I know to take their car to get services at Lexus of Pleasanton and refer them to Jason because HE’S AMAZING! The dealership looks amazing and the lounge area for people who are waiting is beautiful as well. I would not go anywhere else with my car. More
