I came in and bought a brand new car did a trade-in. I brought them the right payoff amount show them the right payoff amount. I even have it times stamped for proof that I show them the right amount th I brought them the right payoff amount show them the right payoff amount. I even have it times stamped for proof that I show them the right amount they went on their own and put the wrong amount and looked up the wrong amount they weren’t wearing their glasses cause it says on the wrong amount that they chose. It says this is not the payoff right underneath it and they went with that amount never put the two and two together what I showed them never matched it up in their brain and said hey it’s awful a little bit. Maybe we should figure it out no these guys screwed me over they called me two weeks later demanding to me pay $1400 when it was clearly their mistake . Completely their mistake. This is horrible business. My credit union told me they’ve never even heard of something like this. They would not even meet me halfway on their mistake. They won’t even go halves with me on it. They won’t even help me out. They demand that I pay the full $1400 on their xxxx up. My son‘s gonna buy a car June 20. He lives in Sunnyvale, California. I am not taking him to this dealership. My wife’s buying a car this year. I am not gonna take him to this dealership steer clear of this dealership. They don’t give a xxxx about their customers. All they care about is their xxxx money. They should’ve met me halfway or paid for it in full cause it was 100% their mess up. They were supposed to be the professional professionals in this. And it’s complete amateur hour all day at this location. Customer relations teams for my credit union is complaining to Lexus on my behalf. I’m gonna follow up and I’m gonna keep following up. This is ridiculous and the xxxx never happened. This should’ve never ever ever ever ever happened. These guys are way too unprofessional. More
